The best part about the book is the information that it gives about mental constitution and the ways to improve it. This is rare knowledge and generally people don't discuss about the effects of food on our mental constitution. It talks about case studies where eating the right type of food at the right time helped people improve their emotional and physical well being.
The only problem with the book is , that it is full of yogic and ayurvedic terms which can feel somewhat overwhelming for the reader.
